Door handle design challenge at FBAUL inspired by the original, plywood works of Charles and Ray Eames. Like these, it had to be elegant, resistant and ergonomic.
Respecting the project’s criteria, I came up with this sleek door handle design that uses thin molded plywood, combined with aluminum to create a lightweight silhouette.
