The Scream movie poster is originally based on a traditional illustration which will be digitalized by using Photoshop. I first find an image of Ghost face only the face, i mask the background which I'll add a black background to match the clothing with the character and the background. I blend both the character's hood and background by using the brush tool, I add small bit of brightness on the mask to make the mask standout more. For final details I add the blood drop under the eye as a blood tear, lastly place the movie title and credits text.
