Daniel Johnson's profile
Remarkable Works, Remarkable Times at the Huntington
In 2013, I was fortunate enough to briefly consult for the final UX stages in the development of the centerpiece Remarkable Works, Remarkable Times exhibit at the Huntington Library in San Marino, California.

Curators Jenny Watts and Karina White worked with Citrus Studios to create a truly impressive reliquary for some of the signature holdings in the Huntington collection.

I was the "youth vote" on a larger team of academics, creatives, and experiential thinkers who were tasked with viewing and critiquing the exhibition before final adjustments were made.

A large part of that job involved silencing the larger part of my brain that wanted to "ooh" and "ahh" at a Shakespeare First Folio, Gutenberg Bible, original Walden manuscript, and various other monuments to the humanities.

Remarkable Works, Remarkable Times is still a permanent exhibit at the most excellent Huntington Library.
