An illustration / calligraphy piece celebrating the season of Aries.

 

Since my birthday is in April, I tried to celebrate my birthday trying to play and experiment with some recent design trends — aura gradient and hand lettering inspired by Apple.

The two different kinds of flowers on the horns are April flowers: daisies and daffodils, this could reduce the impact of “sharpness” brought by the horns.

I really love the final design of this piece, the background gives me peace and joy, while the combination of the rest of the features show the characteristics of an Aries, passionate in red; turquoise blue horn and flowers for being energetic.
