I saw A series of Unfortunate Events for the first time when I was a kid : we had the movie on DVD. I loved so much the aesthetic, dark and poetical, mostly the places and Violet's design, and the symbol of the eye. I ain't read the books, but I saw the series on Netflix and also loved it !
For this Fanart, I was inspired by the scene of the movie at Anwhistle's house, when it falls in the Lake Lachrymose and they jump to save their life. I found this scene absolutely magnificent.
I didn't really drew exactly the same scene ; in the movie, they have blue coats and don't stand like this, but I choose to do it this way for the aesthetic. I also mixed references of the movie and of the series, like for the design of Klaus.
