The process of Coaching and Mentoring!

I had the pleasure of being invited by Re Proença to create an animation to present her work as a career coach and mentor.
The goal of the project was to develop a motion that showed the process of coaching and mentoring and the benefits brought by it, using a pre-existing color palette and the client’s new logo.

During the briefing, the client presented the following keywords: self-knowledge, rebirth, resignifying, hope, dawn, transformation, choices, leadership and accomplishment.

A storytelling was then elaborated, where the job and the benefits are represented by the yellow sphere and the clients, as well as their professional lives, are the purple spheres.

Using the dawn as a starting point, the client’s symbol, that represents the hope for new, more assertive paths, the following scenes were created:

Scene 01: The dawn. Represents the hope for news paths.

Scene 02: The Sun, which represents the process of coaching and mentoring, opening doors and accelerating towards new universes.

Scene 03: A new universe of possibilities arises, and the difficulties faced, represented through the purple spheres, get gradually pushed and guided by the Sun.

Scene 04: The “clients’ doubts and difficulties”, the purple spheres, are guided by the Sun - the process of coaching and mentoring - through new paths, facing highs and lows, as the day dawns again.

Scene 05: The “clients’ doubts and difficulties” appear on screen again, some already turned to yellow (transformed by the process), as well as the Sun that pushes them towards this transformation. In this scene, all the purple spheres gradually become yellow, showing the change and transformation reached throughout the process.
