The style of the project can be defined as "modern elegance". The apartment is built on straight lines and modern techniques, but stylistically diluted with a very dosed use of Art Deco elements, in the form of subtle touches that give the room respectability and elegance.

The motif of a  "stroke", a thin line, is key to the design solution. It is supported by the pattern decor in the bathroom, the design of the lamp above the dining table, profile lamps and rustication on the walls.

A distictive technique for Art Deco is the use of expressive textures of natural stone. Here we use the texture of large-format porcelain stoneware, in the form of large planes in the kitchen-living room and thin inserts in the bedroom, reminiscent of precious stone inlay. Elements in the color of gold or brass with a strict modern shape are also very typical of this style - the contrast of the traditional "rich" material and the new modernist design.

A big advantage of the apartment is French style windows that fill the space with air. The overall feeling of the space is lightness and freshness. In the design, we would like to support and enhance this feeling as much as possible, using light colors and elegant, “floating” furniture.

The color scheme is light pearl shades + “dusty” tones of natural wood + “marine” tones ranging from blue to cold green.
