As part of being involved with the Democracy Institute for Civic Engagement, I was also the designer for various sorts of media for the first International Arts and Peace Festival held on August 6, 2022 in Taylor, Michigan. Taking Action for Peace, the host of the event, has a website that served as the main inspiration and direction of the overall design aesthetic of these formats. The website's sleek geometry, saturated colors and simple typography was then implemented into the various mediums, including a poster in both print and social media format, numerous name tags and guest passes, and Instagram posts with biographies of performers and vendors.
