• Illustrate client's vision for a premiere R&D campus - headquarters of its worldwide operations
• Develop a Specific Plan to augment the General Plan to allow for increase of density, allowable building height, parking, and other development parameters
• Accommodate increase of campus population from 2,000 to 20,000 people
• Illustrate opportunity to build the largest chip Research and Development Center within the multinational company
• Study required parameters and illustrate future development of campus support and engineering infrastructure.
