I was informed while being turned down for an press assignment this morning that my press photography was too 'fine-art-ish' - ? excuse me?
After 20 years as a photographer doing press work for the better part of my carreer, a 25 years old editor (just appointed) -tells me that this is what they need (holds up an iPhone of a badly exposed static image), I now dispare and am somewhat speechless.
