'Jaded' is a vacuum formed desk lamp that simulates burning embers signifying a slow decline of one's motivation. 

It is an undergrad academic solo project that serves as a conversational piece. 

As the lamp is used, its batteries slowly deplete, making the flames burn less brighter with every usage.

The wood used as a mold for vacuum forming was re-used as the base of the lamp itself.
