The objective was to revitalise the right bank of the river Drava that crosses the city. In Maribor, there is already an organisation that organises events, workshops and different activities for children and youth, but they do not have appropriate spaces. The project proposes a youth centre organised around three perceptive levels within the building - 'street', 'square' and content ('house'). The centre contains a children's playground, a multi-use 'urban living room', a library, an event space, a few classrooms and an outside space that opens up to the river and offers views of the city centre on the other side of the river.
