Maize Blaze is an authentic Colombian street food restaurant based in London. Maize Blaze began selling street food at Camden market and has subsequently grown, now with two locations in Camden and one in Hackney Wick. The logo drew inspiration from historical Colombian gold figurines, emphasising the authenticity of Maize Blaze’s cuisine. A striking Fuchsia was selected for the primary brand colour to allow the identity to stand out on social media and to represent the vibrancy of the cuisine served by Maize Blaze.
