For my final major project in my 3rd year of university I wanted to create something that is exciting and different, something that inspired others and gave the underdog the voice they deserve. There's already hundreds of magazines with the Arctic Monkeys slapped on the front of it, it was the to change the way the music industry treated the underdog. Focal Magazine came about by shining a light on people that are trying to make it on the music scene, whether they are singers, songwriters, composers, drummers, producers or coders...
