ANIMALS IN PANTS is one of our newest children's books coming out in Spring of 2023. We had the pleasure of working with Art Director, Melissa Greenberg for the second time at Cameron Kids.
The story is so wonderful and Suzy Levinson's debut into the picture book writing world. We felt so honored to be chosen to illustrate her story and the excitement for her debut.

Below is a couple interior spreads as well as a sketch-to-render side by side comparison. Folks often wonder about our process and sometimes I feel like can get worried when they see a rough sketch and wonder if it's going to turn out well.
This was the final approved sketch before going to render. Along the way we decided to do more white backgrounds than full color bleed as well. The hope is this cat has got some serious sass!
