It was Sydney 2000. I was a design student learning my way round illustrator vectors and working in the design wonderland of a brand new Swatch Shop. The shop was teaming with customers, we had no uniform and customers couldn't tell who the staff were. So ... I made a round of name tags for everyone based on the designs of their favourite watches.
The original Plastic collection watches from Switzerland HQ that some of the name tag designs were based on. All name tags were redrawn from scratch in Illustrator.
