My niece is 7 years old, proud member of the Nasa Indigenous People, vibrant, brilliant and a constant source of awe, teachings and inspiration for me.

I love her so much but she lives far away, I talk to her every day but I can't hug her all the time. Except for 2 glorious years of pandemic.

This series is a small compilation from the first time I saw her to the last time I hold her in my arms.

I asked her for permission to post the images here, it's important that she develops agency and autonomy about her image.

PS yes, those are my pandemic pajamas... hahahaha.
