Painted this one based on a pic of a beautiful friend who lives in Osaka now.
About 1 hour work

First a few lines with a color "block in" beneath

Then I start to add some color tones

Begin blending once I feel happy about what I did

Then we continue with some texture on the skin and hair

This is a very interesting phase:
I copy ALL in my canvas and paste it above every layer. Then I give it this RENDER filter adjusting the lighting with some yellow light.
To the result I give this SOFT LIGHT blending mode and reduce its opacity by 50% to finish with everything.
