Tasked with designing the new Play 1 Bluetooth speaker for Sonos project goals consisted of creating an iconic form that fit the company’s existing product ecosystem and communicated a rich, intuitive audio experience.
The Play 1 speaker has a simplified overall form with perfect proportions and rich materials accents. Signature details include perforated speaker pattern and custom power cable which showcase the emphasis Sonos places on design.
