Vissani, August 2022

Petros invited us to his anchestors' house in Vissani, a village located in the northern part of Epirus, just a few miles from the borders. We arrived while the mid-day festival aka "Panigiri" was full on. I took some photos while my new friends were dancing, eating souvlaki and drinking beer. Luckily they left some for me too. After the music paused, the whole village went to rest for a couple of hours as the main event was about to start in the evening. What a way to start your holidays.
