Description:
A caliper is used to measure the distance between two opposite sides of an object with high precision. It is employed for dimensional inspection and quality control in manufacturing processes, allowing engineers to assess the accuracy and conformity of machined or manufactured components.
Procedure:
I created the 3D design of a calliper using SolidWorks. My main goal was to develop a realistic and functional model. In addition to the 3D design, I have used the rendering capabilities of SolidWorks to create realistic images of the calliper.
