After a re-design of the Startas logo, the visual identity and Basic collection of Startas shoes, we designed a new package for Startas shoes as well. The new packaging with a new visual identity and the new Startas Basic collection aims to create a better brand recognition, market positioning and communication with existing and potential customers.
Startas are completely handmade shoes produced since 1976, in the Borovo factory, Vukovar - Croatia. These shoes symbolize the sports equipment and clothing style of Ex-Yugoslavia.
The Borovo shoe factory does not use materials that are harmful to nature in the production of Startas shoes, and leaves no large amounts of waste after production. For this reason, the goal is to position the Startas brand as a socially responsible brand that cares about nature. The new shoe packaging is designed as a type of box / bag, capable of carrying the shoes with no additional cost for plastic bag production. The design goal of the new package is to emphasize the preservation of the environment and symbolize Startas as a nature friendly brand.
