THE CHALLENGE
After nearly two decades of reinvention and full dedication to the health of its patients, Episense challenged us to redesign its website to keep up with the clinic's recent digital migration. With a strong focus on clinically advanced technologies, adapting to digital was necessary in order to improve the costumer experience and better communicate the wide range of treatments that Episense offers. Our challenge was to build a website aligned with the brand's identity and that meets needs of its users, the loyal and potential Episense patients.

THE DESIGN SYSTEM
The design system created for this project was designed to emphasize the technological nature of the treatments provided by Episense. Since materials such as metal, plastic and glass are abundantly used in Episense interior design, the color scheme of the site is cold. The main colors are various shades of white, gray (in particular metallic), as well as black. The typography has shapes and lines of the same thickness, and was the main reference for the construction of icons, buttons and interface resources. Despite its simplicity and conciseness, in terms of composition, this style helped to create an atmosphere of elitism and a sense that the future has already arrived.

SCHEDULING SYSTEM
We created an intelligent scheduling system, integrated into the clinic's database. Through research carried out directly with Episense customers, we found that this feature was of fundamental importance for users, as well as for the clinic. Redirected to the scheduling area through CTAs strategically positioned on the website, the user is prompted to fill in a simple and intuitive booking form, which streamlines the clinic's scheduling process.
