Flat Pack Furniture Joinery
This is a project to design a wood joinery which will let the user to assemble and disassemble the furniture with ease and can be shipped or transported easily
Iterations of the clip design I went through before the final design
The clip below was designed and cut on Poly Amide to be screwed of the wood planks
A T-Profile is cut on the male part of the joining wood
T-Slot is cut on the mating part
A step is provided at the end of the T-Slot where the clip will lock on to
The below picture shows how the individual part looks like
The Parts can be assembled by an individual with least effort and can be dissembled easily
