NIKE FLYKNIT EVENT
Photography tool for an event happening simultaneously in five different locations accross China and around
(Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taipei, HongKong).
To reflect the 'Fit to FLY' concept, Nike organised a race in 5 different cities and then linked them
by broadcasting images of each events in a shared thread.
Thus, people could see what was happening in the other races around China and download
their own pictures with the time they did and some informations about the race (weather / temperature / number of kilometers).
My work mainly consisted of bringing the knitted visuals on most designs. Two main executions for this:
a frame which would be overlayed on pictures taken by photograph on site, creating the image stream,
one short video playing in loop, in background of the image stream.
Each city had its own dedicated colors, along with 3 template frames.
The frames were then added on spot before broadcasting.
Broadcast was happening on 2TV screens, one screen with a stream from all the cities, another one with pictures
from the location only with a QR code beside it so people could download their own pics.
