The Abbey was loosely designed within the Celtic Style of Irish pub. The Abbey encapsulates the character and craftsmanship of the Gaelic people, their innate ability to tell a story and capture the imagination with their theatrical and musical abilities.
Beautiful hand crafted salvage items were repurposed within this pub, most notably and taking centre stage, a large timber and metal organ from its home in an old Irish church. Hand crafted metalwork designed around the story of St Patrick and his famous staff, along with Irish wolfhound mosaic designs and beautiful celtic artwork from the book of Kells, make this pub an exciting space for musicians, storytellers and customers alike to feel the true strength of Irish heritage and culture.
