By using emotions from the plutchiks theory and following the emotion centered design principle inspired by matter mind we have made forms that communicate the chosen emotions.

In the plutchik weel every emotion has 3 levels of intensity, our task was to analyze and elaborate these emotions into a proof of our emotion in a translator of form, color, finish, tactility, mood and material.

for this form I modeled a symmetrical shape and printed it, smoothly finishing with putty and spraypaint until the surface was completely even without imperfections.

this form is made of different textiles that have been dyed in many different ways so that each particle has a different texture and color

the base of this form is like the one from disgust, only here I also worked with scobies. with the scobies I used 2 techniques; for the sphere made from scoby I just let the scoby dry and treated it with coconut oil and wax so that I could easily sew this piece. for the draping piece I put the scoby in a certain position to dry out so that it kept this shape.
