“A scrap of paper on a desk stole my attention with its glow in the darkness – it was pure and of unknown origin. Its crumpled form was destined for the trash, at any moment. I froze in front of it and mused over colour transitions, thinking about it day in and day out. I finally decided to complete it with a coat of gloss – and it was done.”
