OPPORTUNITY
Rebrand and redesign a dysfunctional product package for increased functionality.
SOLUTION
The packaged item that was chosen to rebrand and redesign was tampons. The idea was to design a package that would fit the needs of an early teen to college age girl. The box would be easy for a girl to conceal within her book bag or purse, durable enough to survive being carried in a book bag, and easy to open and close the box to retrieve a tampon. The label slides off so once the box is purchased, girls can remove the label and the box is more discreet to what its contents are.
