Highwood Crossing is a family-owned certified organic grain farm located next to the Highwood River, south of Calgary. The farm is over 100 years old, and the Highwood Crossing Foods business nearly 25 years old. They have had success with packaged canola and flax oils, regular and specialty flours, hot cereals, and granolas. Their goal now is to expand the product offering and continue to grow their business by developing new, organic, cereal snack bars utilizing two of their pre-mixed cereals to introduce two breakfast/cereal bars: a sunflower flaxseed granola bar, and an unrefined organic wheat-free bar.
