PakDukaan - Ecommerce
Pak Dukaan started its operations in 2015 and has now become an established player in Pakistan’s growing e-Commerce space. Focused on the electronics segment, particularly high quality computer hardware and peripherals.
My Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with clients
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Keep looking for the latest design trends

This project included Website, Mobile responsive design, Print Material, Social media designs, Custom CRM design that handles the Orders, sales, payments, tracking etc...
