I was commisioned in 2009 to illustrate 3 large head portraits of the group Trio for Jung von Matt. I never saw the finished piece and didn't really know who RWE are . I recently came across a photo of a group of protesters in front of this work.
It seems that RWE is Germanys premier electric company and the campaign was about a 3 year freeze on payments - using Trio to front the concept. It went across TV, Print and the web - the protest seems to be about RWE's increasing use of nuclear power. I think the whole thing is very interesting. What do you think.
