Voici ma première carte illustrée de La Rochelle. J’ai choisi cette ville car j’y ai grandi et j’y vis. Le style visuel se veut synthétique et graphique. La composition est foisonnante à l’image des livres « cherche et trouve ». On peut voir principalement des endroits, bâtiments, véhicules, animaux et végétaux marquants. Je me suis intéressé à d’autres facettes de la ville que son centre historique. Notamment, ses quartiers en périphérie.

Here is my first illustrated map of La Rochelle. I chose this city because I grew up there and I live. The visual style is synthetic and graphic. The composition is abundant like an "seek-and-find" book. You can see places, buildings, vehicles, animals and plants tipicals. I was interested in other facets of the city than its historic center. In particular, its neighborhoods on the outskirts.
