In the documentary Narrow Path to Happiness a young gay Romani couple from a remote village in Hungary has an absurd dream: making a musical film based on their lives.
The director wanted to use a photo of the couple and keep the emphasis on them but make it pop so we went to traditional Romani patterns for inspiration.Some drafts:
