Relay Solutions Dashboard

The Relay portal provides a real-time status of the health and activity of an agency's IVR system and enables a user to take quick action to manage the system. The portal is personalized for each user, based on the user role and permissions.

Each Mangement Center provides a logical grouping of functions and activities. Each Management Center navigates to its own home page along the top.

The Solution Center provides interactivity with Selectron solutions including: applications, channels and licenses, dependent upon the settings of the user role.

The Service Center is where a user can interact with selectron's Customer Development team to manage issues related to their Relay system.

The Project Center is where a user can interact with Selectron to manage information related to their implementation.

The Account Center is intended to house functionality that applies to the matters of the ofganization or agency and is not specific to a purchased application, channel or license.

The overview of activity is represented as individual widgets, where each widget is a focused snapshot of specific activity within an application pack across a single channel. There are 3 consistent elements to all widgets: a visualization of the data it represents, and access to settings and reports related to the data represented by drilling into the widget.

Priority Links are customer activities that are either direct revenue generators or increase customer satisfaction and need to be readily accessible for a user.
