The web banner ads project is a school project for Electronic Imaging class, which is to take 15 different sized banners and split the banners into 3 groups of 5. Each group must look different from each other but have a similar look through out. Also, there had to be 5 animated banners with at least one in each group. For the company of choice students had to use the fake company given to them from another class which is a prerequisite. I had Serendipity Resorts, which I decided to have each group show what the resort offers. The first group is specific locations where Serendipity is located. The second group is a 50% discount on rooms. Since Serendipity is an exotic resort, I used a beautiful exotic room photo to bring attention to the ad. The third group is the amenities of Serendipity and each ad shows the different amenities of the resort. For the animated banners I first created them as a still image then did simple animations for each.
