107 Station Street Re-branding
107 Station Street is a former Brewery Building in Burton Upon Trent, which is in the process of re-development into modern, fresh office space, with on site Gym, restaurant, Conference facilities, Dance Studio, Yoga room and much much more.
The Building interior is still in development but has adopted a modern art deco style alongside the character of it's Brewing history. The owners plan to create a fresh, unique and inspiring space to attract, a vibrant and creative group of clients and business tennants. The following is my proposal for the
re-branding of 107 Station Street.
I've added a little bit of movement to the photography because I wanted to portray the idea that the spaces could go in many directions in terms of function, and to show that the spaces are active and evolving, according to a client's needs. If carried forward I would elaborate on this style in general brand photography and particularly in marketing.
107 will be a business community of sorts, and a creative hub, with extensive facilities and features available in-house to clients, so I think it's important that the identity expands on the character within. I designed the Logo to project a homely, welcoming feeling with a sense of industry and passion. I manipulated the lettering to hint towards the quirky art deco style within 107. I've used the colour Gold to symbolize quality and wealth. Also, historically Gold is a highly coveted colour for Artists, and therefore I believe it helps the identity to represent Creative and Business minds alike. The Multi-coloured logo is intended to be used on a feature wall within 107 to reflect the colourful lines throughout the building. I like to think that different formats of the logo could be entertained throughout 107 to tailor to different spaces as shown at the top. ^
