Maison Property Agents is an estate agency which was established in Guernsey this year. The agency was set up by a young developer turned estate agent with high aims and expectation for his business. The identity therefore was to reflect this modern and advancing agency. The logo was to hint at an ‘M’ which I believe has been both successfully and subtly achieved.
