About the project
The video above is one of my first projects. I liked to combine the shooting, the aesthetics of the watch, as well as the tenderness and beauty of Alisa Ilieva. I was able to work in a team with cool specialists. This project was created in January 2021. Now I will talk about the process of creating this video.
Art Direction
We decided to combine video filming and 3D graphics. First we came up with a scenario. Then we started looking for inspiration. Inspired by 3D renders of landscapes. Microsoft Design and TP Vineeth thank you for inspiration!
Video recording
Before filming on chromakey, we thought about in what poses and angles we need to film Alisa so that there would be a minimum problems with integration into 3D. The guys from format.bureau filmed Alisa on a green screen.

Blocking
I assembled a 3D sketch from the base objects to decide on the composition and animation.

Keying
The task was to remove all the green screen from the background. Keying I did in After Effects. It was difficult because Alisa had green reflections on her costume, and she also had long and beautiful hair that needed painstaking work and a lot of time.
Lookdev and compositing
The main style of the video was minimalism. It was important to emphasize the beautiful shape and texture of the watch. It was also necessary to complement the gentle images of Alisa with unusual landscapes. I worked in Сinema4D and set up the light and materials in Redshift.
