Location: CBD, New Administrative Capital

The main concept of the form is to block the view from both sides of the land so that THE STREET is the only path to lead to the Green River, Grade the mass so it doesn't feel too rigid, Connect between both masses by bridges, And create urban spaces in both sides of the land.
The three main keywords are highly noticed in both sections, How these shifted atriums created maximum INTERACTION in all levels, MOVEMENT between slabs, And FLEXIBILITY in spaces in all levels for different uses
Variety of uses in ground floor was a must to ensure that the user will gain as many experiences as he can, so adding interactive uses like activity halls, open exhibition and a food court will give the user a hint of what's this building is about, and through these atriums people will be more connected to all levels above.
FLEXIBILITY in design is also reflected in plans to make sure that everyone was provided with a space that will meet his need, Whether it's an informal meeting or a private one, A lounge, An open workstation or a closed one, There is a place for every function or need.
