Biocities need humans not just nature

تدور المسابقة حول اعادة تصور مدننا كمدن حيوية، كيف للمدن أن تعزز علاقة البيئة والتنوع البيولوجي في الحياة والمجتمع؟
كيف يمكن للمدن أن تنسجم مع البيئة والطبيعة؟
من خلال مشاركتي أعدت تصميم وحدة سكنية بصورة أقرب للمجتمع وللطبيعة وذلك من خلال التركيز على النقاط التالية:
اقتراح انتشار المناطق الخضراء على مستوى الشاقولي والافقي ودراسة تداخل الطبيعة ضمن الوحدة السكنية.
زيادة نسبة المناطق الخضراء على نطاق المجموعة السكنية، بالمقابل زيادة نسبة عدد الطوابق بالمبنى السكني لتعويض المساحات المستخدمة للمناطق الخضراء.
دراسة سلوك الفرد واحتياجاته على نطاق المنزل والشقق المجاورة والبناء السكني ككل ومن ثم الخدمات.
فهل يمكن للأحياء السكنية أن تكون أكثر حيوية وأقرب للفرد إذا احتضنت من الطبيعة والمجتمع؟
My proposal related to the Design for Biocities competition 2022 – IAAC | Spain – Catalonia
The idea of competition is about reimaging our cities like Biocities.
How can we reimagine our cities as Biocities, capable of creating an ecologically attuned and reciprocal relationship with nature?
Through my participation, I tried to design a residential unit from a closer side of the society and nature through the following points:
I suggested to spread the green areas on the horizontal and vertical levels and study overlap nature within the residential unit
Increase the horizontal green areas within the residential group, on the other hand, increase the average of the floors in the residential unit to compensate for the horizontal areas used for the green areas.
Study individual behavior and needs at the level of the house, residential unit, neighborhood, open public space, and services.
So, could the residential neighborhoods be more ecological and environmental, more closely related to humans if they are embraced by nature and society?
