The concept of this project is set-in modern-day Victoria Island, one of the communities in Eti-Osa local government area of Lagos, Nigeria. It is bounded in the north by Ikoyi, the east by Lekki, the west by Apapa and the south by the Atlantic Ocean. This region is notable for its affluent neighbourhoods in Lagos and high flood rate contributed by the high tidal waves from its south coast.

This project aims to illustrate an exaggerated scenario of flooding. The concept of the environment hosts significant images of the location such as, Civic Towers, Heritage Place, commercial transports; Danfo bus & Keke Napep and are complimented with other images to build the concept intended.
