In actual life, people do wrong things and when waking up afterwards, people tend to self complain and condemn which leads to self-punishment and might feel painful, inferior and annoyed. This is an emotional activity called REGRET. On the long road of life, regret might cause by one mistake or another. However, there are also people who fall into the feeling of regret, difficult to extricate and lose the confidence to live in the future which might lead to the occurrence of many diseases. Therefore, this is important for the public to learn, control the feeling and get liberation.
