15 Second Photos - Super Bowl XLVI - Indianapolis
Published:
I love turning the tables on the media.

Vanessa McClure was gracious enough to take a moment to pose and to chat a bit about why I take my photos. It was great to meet her. I'll have to tune in.

Double bonus: She's a Minnesota native.

My first portrait shot of the day! This guy was a barrel of laughs. I can't think of a better way to start the day. Thanks, man.

Indianapolis Fire Department had a full crew on hand to deal with medical emergencies. Many thanks to these men and women who made sure the Super Bowl festivities were safe to attend.

I bet I saw this young woman coming from about 4 miles away. There was no way I couldn't take this photo. I couldn't really capture how very bright the color was.

This man sounds like a pretty good guy. He has a very unfortunate story to tell. I asked if he would mind if I helped spread the word. If there's anyone who can help, it would be great if you could look into this story. It's heartbreaking to see that a man would have to resort to this.

Kevin Gregory, ABC Channel 6 News. I think Mr. Gregory might have been one of the most popular celebrities I photographed this day. He had all kinds of people lined up to get a photo taken. He was a super guy, making plenty of time for each fan.

I have never met a street heckler before. I can check that off my list, now.

This guy did a pretty good Hulk Hogan impersonation.

I'm just going to go out on a limb and suggest that this one individual may be responsible for the Giants' Super Bowl XLVI victory.

But, don't get me wrong. The smile competition was fierce and they played a great game! Personally, I was cheering for the Patriots.

The Super Bowl attracted some high-class busking. Here, a couple young women were performing, in the cold, with precision. That was pretty cool. The didn't know Freebird.

I have no idea who this guy is, but I thought he looked more Hollywood than Hollywood itself. So, naturally, I paparazzi'd him to make him feel like the real Hollywood deal.

No major media event in Indianapolis would be complete without the popular "Superfan", Michael Hopson. I have seen Mr. Hopson at every significant event leading up to Super Bowl XLVI. He was at the Lucas Oil Stadium ground breaking ceremony, the Colts Super Bowl win rally, The Lucas Oil grand opening, and now, the Super Bowl. It looks like things are ... super.

I walked around Indianapolis for 13 hours. Ron Paul was the only presidential candidate I saw with a significant support team.
