MIAMI BEACH VILLA - INTERIOR DESIGN

Current project was designed for Press Release for Caffe Latte Home, through Covet House Group.

For the internal space we took Dilido single residential house built in Miami, United States designed by SAOTA architects.

ENTRANCE HALL

For the entrance group, we wanted to accompany the monumentality of the space and the lightness of the volume, for this we used the light sand tones of the velvet upholstery for the ELLEN ARMCHAIR by Essential Home, the light unobtrusive pattern of the CELL RUG by RUG'SOCIETY in white gold, BRYCE FAUX II console and BRYCE II console table by BRABBU in white marble. COLTRANE SUSPENSIONS in white create depth and help to visually combine the high narrow entrance hall with the opening space deep into the house. Luxurious VENICE MIRROR by Boca do Lobo adds visual diversity into elegant and simple design here. Accents to emphasize the details are golden colored metal parts of furniture to visually combine design set together.

GREAT DINING HALL

Entrance hall flows slowly into central Great Dining hall area, real masterpiece of the architects, wealth of volume, seamless connection to backyard pool with spectacular view from Di Lido Island.
Continuing theme of entrance hall we enriched this space with gold colored metal details like HERA SUSPENSION by Boca do Lobo situating them diagonally reversing their orientation to each other and to great EMPIRE DINING TABLE by Boca do Lobo in black marble with golden inclusions furnished with CHANDRA DINING CHAIRS by KOKET in anthracite fabric. All this placed onto AGATHA RUG RUG’SOCIETY from Botanical Collection.

GREAT ROOM

On the big 6*4m dark chocolate brown colored OCLI RUG by RUG’SOCIETY in combination with comfortable SIPHON MODULAR SOFA and DEMITASSE ARMCHAIR by CAFFE LATTE HOME in warm gray velvet upholstery and Canarywood details.

JAVA CENTER TABLE and BRUTTE SIDE TABLE by CAFFE LATTE HOME are having their own stories closely related to the coffee history of spreading around the world. IKE FLOOR LAMP is the result of a collaboration between a Dutch designer and DelightFULL’s designer’s team and greatly fitted as an local illumination for this scene.

STUDY ROOM

EZRA DINING TABLE by Studiopepe for Essential Home is a solid wooden structure enlightened with some polished brass details, perfect to embellish any modern space, MARCO DINING CHAIR by Essential Home were placed around it. HORUS I SUSPENSION LIGHT by BRABBU being an atmosphere creator, this contemporary lighting piece unifies all the ambience´s elements, like a true king handmade in brass. FOIL RUG by RUG'SOCIETY covering floor under the table and chairs for comfort. CAFFEINE BOOKCASE by CAFFE LATTE HOME being seamlessly integrated into a wall niche.

THE GARDEN

PHILIP COFFE TABLE by Essential Home in combination with ANDES ARMCHAIR in cotton green velvet by BRABBU combined near garden window decorative pool, waterfall and green wall.

Perfect place for a recreation, reading, writing.

FAMILY ROOM

This part of the house for the more personal family space.

Here modern and ergonomic EXCELSA MODULAR SOFA by CAFFE LATTE HOME this gigantic sofa brings a centerpiece that used with HARAR CENTER TABLE and HARAR SIDE TABLE.
ESSEX ARMCHAIR by BRABBU with all this furniture on the long rectangular contemporary INKBLIND II RUG by RUGSOCIETY from Urban collection. This modern floor runner combines the use of the hand-tufted technique with 100% botanical silk.

Here more regular dining area furnished with BERTOIA ROUND DINING TABLE with MOKA DINING CHAIR by CAFFE LATTE HOME on the OSLO RUG by RUG'SOCIETY from Shaggy collection. This area illuminated by KRAVITZ PENDANT by DelightFULL.

MASTER BEDROOM

CHATEAU BED by LUXXU made with leather and gold-plated brass bars, it’s a modern headboard that is making an impressive statement in master bedroom.

ARABICA SCREEN from CAFFE LATTE HOME creates more individual space separating private area from the hall of the second floor.

MONOCLES CABINET combines style and functionality. The curvy wood frame upholstered with textured leather and supported by a polished golden brass base make this piece stand out for its simplicity but beauty. This combines with beauty of the view from big window of the second floor. AMAZON RUG by RUG'SOCIETY from Botanical collection known as the "lungs of the earth". A strong, green-colored, and luxury rug made from hand-tufted and over tufting techniques, and natural wool and botanical silk, bringing the power of nature into your home.
