Hi, my name is Maxim, I’m 26, I’ve been photographing my neighbourhood for the last 5 years.
I live in a military town near Moscow, Russia my whole life. Houses that are built here for military families are the most ordinary houses you can imagine. There is no particularly beautiful view out of the window either. But there is special kind of peace and quite here, no car noises out of the window, just happy voices of children.
This project wants to show that you can and must capture the beauty in the most ordinary everyday stuff.
