revitalisation of a modernist pavilion in Warsaw

Pavilion Zodiak designed by Jan Bogusławski and Bogdan Gniewiewski in 60s as a part of a vast project of building in the centre of Warsaw is now completely devastated. Originally it combined functions of a flower shop and a cafe. Inspired by the archival photographs I gave her back her splendour. Profiting from its convenient location I introduced a new major function - cultural info centre for tourists as well as Warsaw citizens.
Ground floor is divided into 3 zones, where the users can use help of info employees, make their own inquiries and explore the interactive maquette of Warsaw
Adequate space in the cellar serves as a space for temporary exhibitions and an auditory designed for special events.
