Brief
Launch luxury residential arm of UK-based Savills in India
and an extension that speaks about all the other arms as well.

Residential campaign thought
Not everyone gets to own or even visit a Savills home.
But they can hear about it, thanks to our presence in luxury neighbourhoods.

#TheAddressSaysItAll
Homes in addresses that announce you before you have to,
leaving an everlasting impression.

IDEAS

1. Access Denied
Exclusivity is fundamental to luxury. It evokes desire through scarcity and rarity.
That’s why we don't just let anyone see our properties. Not even on our website.

IP addresses can reveal area codes.
And the folks who can afford us already live at some of the well-known ones.

We filter our content according to the person’s IP address automatically collected.

Only the most sought-after areas will get complete access to our website.
The rest will be asked for their names and email ids for an invite to browse.
2. Choose thy neighbour
The uber rich of India make up a small community.
Everyone knows everyone.

That’s why, we take the help of our property neighbours.

We create our very own postboxes in the hottest locations.
Our post boxes would only accept business cards.
Here, locals can add the cards of their friends and colleagues who might be interested in a property nearby.

The physical P.O. boxes would generate PR and directly advertise to passerbys.
3.
Mini museums

Photos can’t capture the essence of a place.
Sometimes, only paintings can.

We ask some of the biggest artists
to paint a few of our prized properties.

The paintings can be added to luxury clubs (Taj's Chambers Club)
and would feel like a mini-museum.
Eventual launch of all arms
(Office leasing, Project management, Industrial warehousing, leasing, data center, Capital management, Valuation)

Encompassing thought
Savills originally began in 1855.
Its heritage & legacy makes the brand a north star for discerning clients.

That's why we boast of our 167 years of expertise with
Class of 1855
