Glass Half Full Yet Half Empty
As a teenager, I often meet situations that stresses me out. I always think about the worst part of that bad situation. For years, I’m filled with my own tangled thoughts. Then one day, someone told me that if you only focus and think about the worst part of that situation you will never break free from the sadness and it will make you live in that world forever. You will miss all of the happy moments you could have experienced and not only it is bad for your mental health, it will also influence your friends and family. Because by having these tangled thoughts, you will only spread the negativity to those that are around you. After listening to that saying, I realise that I have been living in that wicked world for far too long. Then I decided to not live in that way and always be thankfull for everything in every situation I’m in.
