The scene where we first see the character Christine at work, is a narrative driven AI game design system. Although there is a far deeper subtext to this thread in the wider season story, this first view is meant to demonstrate her storytelling and how that develops and grown into something made.

The central component is a vfx element reflecting the story, but there was a need for a wider view and a notional interface to support the core element and her actions. What was created was less of an interface as more of a technical map, exposing underlying structures and the formation of the narrative by the AI under Christines lead. 

Christine, dictating the high level, the system uses its assets and resources to create loops, branches, possible related narratives etc, related to the core narrative.

The desire here was to create a wash, texture and feel that gives the impression that this is happening but without ever becoming a point of focus.
